Bishop Brown

      Bishop Robert Christopher Brown III is the son of Evangelist Sherlene Brown and the late Robert Brown, Jr. He attended Darlington County School System. In 1993, he graduated from Mayo High School. In 1999, he graduated from Morris College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. He has earned his Masters of Administration from Grand Canyon University in July 2006.Bishop Brown has worked as a middle school math and science teacher, football and basketball coach, principal apprentice, assistant principal, and won the honor of teacher of the year in 2001-2002 all while at Bennettsville Middle School. He served as the assistant principal at Marlboro County High School, and the principal of Clio Elementary Middle School. He currently serves as vice-president of the educational consultant firm Selling Better Futures and the President of R.C Brown Enterprises, LLC. 
    In 1995, under the guided hand of his spiritual father Bishop William Young Jr., Bishop Brown became a licensed minister. In 2000, he was ordained as an Elder. In 2002, he was ordained as the youth pastor of Power Outreach Cathedral. He then served as the Assistant Pastor of the Refreshing Springs Family Worship Center, in Florence S.C, where Bishop William H. Young, Jr. is the Pastor and Presiding Prelate. In August 2010 he was elected and set aside as Bishop-Elect by the authority of Bishop Michael Blue the presiding prelate of The Christian Covenant Fellowship of Churches out of Marion, S.C and Bishop William Young Jr. On August 21, 2011 Bishop Brown was consecrated to the bishopric by Bishop Michael Blue (Chief Consecrator), Bishop William Young Jr. (Co-Consecrator), and Apostle Michael Goings (Co-Consecrator). Also a part of this historic prophetic moment was Bishop Marcus and Omeka Benjamin, and Bishop E. Christopher Edwards.
   He is married to the former Trena Townsend and they have a daughter, Zion Trenyce and a son Robert Christopher Brown IV (CJ).
  On May 13, 2007, after following the voice of God, Bishop Brown birthed a ministry. The Sword of Truth Outreach Ministries is located at 105 Cheraw Street in Bennettsville, S.C. and is a place of refuge, restoration, revelation and empowerment to equip God’s people with Kingdom Principles through the delivery of the engrafted Word of God. Bishop Brown is currently in fellowship, covered, and in covenant relationship with The Christian Covenant Fellowship of Ministries of Marion, S.C, where Bishop Michael Blue is the Founder and Presiding Prelate. Bishop Brown also serves as the presiding prelate of The Kingdom Fellowship of Ministries of Bennettsville, S.C., a fellowship of pastors and leaders. He also serves as the board chair of The W.I.N Agency; which is a non-profit appendage to SOT. Though this outreach he has been able to offer summer employment, and has feed over 3000 children a day over the summer months. Bishop Brown has delivered the engrafted word of God throughout the southeastern region. He is anointed, appointed, and approved by God to preach and teach a word of deliverance with power and demonstration to the remnant of Zion.

Is a graduate of Marlboro County High School, Morris College in Sumter, SC (BS degree in Elementary Education), and Grand Canyon University (Masters in Technology, Curriculum, and Instruction), most of all she is a lover of Jesus and God's people.
